How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the square footage of your room by multiplying length by width. We recommend adding a 10% waste factor to account for cutting, trimming, and future repairs.
Do I need to let my wood flooring acclimate before installation?
Yes, hardwood and laminate flooring should acclimate in the room where they will be installed for at least 48 to 72 hours to adjust to the home's humidity and temperature.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer flat-rate home delivery, professional jobsite delivery, and free in-store pickup at any of our local warehouse locations.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
Unopened boxes of flooring can be returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt, subject to a restocking fee for certain special-order items.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with independent, licensed, and insured professional installers to ensure your new floors are laid perfectly and guaranteed.
Can I install laminate or vinyl flooring over radiant heat?
Many of our vinyl and laminate products are compatible with radiant heating systems, but you must check the specific product's warranty and installation guidelines first.
